1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add olive oil and green beans. Toss to coat beans.
Spread green beans out in one layer.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Turn once for even browning.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving
