Pink Floyd made “The Wall” famous in the 70’s and EP made it so in “99”. A one of a kind asana class that has taken off around the world. The wall provides a healthy resistance to catch a deeper stretch. It also provides support to practice and play with inversions and balancing poses. The class can be gentle and there is plenty of encouragement to explore and/or take it easy. Space will be limited

Looking for a hike without leaving your mat? You’ve got it! DDL is not only a great Van Halen song but it’s a barn burner of a class. Doable for everyone and meant for adventure seekers. Peaks and valleys, rivers and rocks will be hiked through without getting an ounce of dirt on you. No need to be intimidated, we will have a blast!
