The Lakehouse in WaterColor —I’m teaching a Motown “ish” class and a “duets” one.  If you’re looking for an eye-opening, fun-loving, high-voltage, high-energy, move-at-your-own-pace class, this is where you belong. Space is extremely limited. Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
